As a Business Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our software solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. You'll work closely with architects, developers, and contractors to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our software solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Monitor and report on KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property and construction software
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the property and construction industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of property and construction software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Indonesian market and culture is a plus
