📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and advanced calibrations on a wide range of measuring and test equipment, ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve calibration issues, providing technical support to internal teams and external clients.
• Conduct performance tests and analyze data using advanced metrology software such as Metrolab and Traceable.
• Maintain detailed calibration records and reports using Calibration Management Systems like CalibrationHub.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement calibration procedures and standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on the proper use and maintenance of measuring and test equipment.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in calibration technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in calibration and metrology, with a strong background in precision measurement equipment.
• Certification in calibration techniques, such as ISO/IEC 17025 or equivalent.
• Proficient in using calibration management systems and metrology software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, particularly in aerospace, automotive, and healthcare sectors.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work in various environments, including laboratories and production facilities.
