📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks to identify potential issues.
• Replace worn-out parts and components to extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Collaborate with construction teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for machinery operation.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to less experienced team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Heavy Machinery Mechanic in a construction or industrial setting.
• Certification as a Heavy Machinery Mechanic or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment such as hydraulic jacks, wrenches, and diagnostic software.
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery systems, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Familiarity with construction and industrial safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow project timelines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Experience working in a tropical environment and understanding of local regulations.
