📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Negotiate with debtors to resolve outstanding balances.
- Monitor credit limits and report any breaches.
- Provide financial advice to members to help them manage their credit responsibly.
- Update and maintain accurate financial records using software like QuickBooks or SAP.
- Conduct regular reviews of credit portfolios to identify and mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit and collection roles.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Certification in financial recovery or a related field is a plus.
