ISO 9001 Internal Auditor - Paper Industry

In this role, you'll conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our quality management systems, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality control, to implement corrective actions and prevent non-conformities. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in quality management, ISO standards, and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality management systems.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management and ISO standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our paper production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, internal auditing, or a related role in the manufacturing or paper industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and relevant standards.
• Proficient in using audit software such as SAP QM, QA360, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively.
