🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading operational teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of operational tools and software, including SAP, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex operational challenges.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
