📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall brand goals
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising
• Create compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
• Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
