📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans and policies
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Provide financial support to the management team in making strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or service industry
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
