📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area.,Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Follow all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
