📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate training programs.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
