PT Solar Orchid Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Store Operations professional to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or e-commerce operations and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and report to the management team.,Assist in the implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services.,Maintain accurate records of store activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or e-commerce operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
