📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and implement strategies to improve performance.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality.,Implement and maintain effective customer service and sales strategies to drive store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
