📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Restock and organize products on the sales floor.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Assist with inventory management and reporting.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Support the store manager in achieving daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
