In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with the necessary support and training to develop their skills and grow within the organization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software solutions using Talend and other relevant technologies.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure best practices are followed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the team.,Participate in technical interviews and contribute to the hiring process for new team members.,Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that projects align with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in software development and project management.,Proven track record of leading and managing technical projects.,Strong knowledge of Talend and other relevant ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
