PT Nagari Ekspresi is seeking a Senior Learning Development professional to join our team in Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.,Conduct needs analysis and assessment to determine training requirements.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training initiatives with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in designing and delivering training programs.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training software.,Experience in working with diverse groups and cultures is a plus.
