ARENA Ekspansindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gunung Kidul. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the efficient and safe use of company vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Oversee the implementation and compliance with safety protocols and regulations for the fleet.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.,Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for fleet-related services.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Provide guidance and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations efficiently and safely.
