📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards and improve their skills.,Manage inventory and ensure that all food and beverage items are stocked and prepared according to safety and quality standards.,Handle customer complaints and complaints professionally, ensuring that they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the F&B service area.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of service standards and procedures.,Monitor food and beverage costs and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to manage and motivate a team of staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
