📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.,Monitor and assess compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.,Conduct audits and investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks.,Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.,Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.,Report on compliance status and trends to senior management.,Ensure that all data center operations comply with industry best practices and standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the data center industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international compliance laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of data center operations and technologies is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
