📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and services to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and represent clients in tax disputes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to other team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow their careers.,Monitor and report on the performance of the tax consulting practice, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our tax services are integrated with our other business offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong track record of success.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including the latest changes and developments.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Certification in tax accounting or a related field is a plus.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
