📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
