📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure that our products are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.,Identify and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.,Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing, and implement new tools and techniques as needed.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.,Work with development teams to identify and implement process improvements to streamline testing and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on quality assurance.,Experience leading and mentoring a team of QA Engineers.,Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies, including automated testing.,Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
