📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement pastry recipes that meet quality and taste standards.,Manage and mentor a team of pastry chefs, ensuring they meet performance targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure efficient stock management.,Participate in menu planning and development, contributing to the overall culinary strategy.,Train and develop new team members to ensure continuous improvement in the kitchen.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, adhering to hygiene standards.,Manage and optimize production schedules to meet daily demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of pastry chefs.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.,Valid food handling and hygiene certificates.
