The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal audit activities, providing strategic advice, and ensuring that our processes and controls are effective and efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate internal audit activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate internal controls to ensure effectiveness.,Provide strategic advice to management on audit findings and recommendations.,Ensure that audit activities are carried out in accordance with industry best practices and standards.,Train and mentor junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
