📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the training and development team to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with training and development software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
