📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students.,Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with other educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.,Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.,Provide additional support to students outside of regular class hours when needed.,Promote a positive and respectful classroom culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualifications.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
