Duta Eko Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Deputy Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Machine Operator in maintaining and operating our kitchen equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Machine Operator in maintaining and operating kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills.,Ensure that all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.,Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.,Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment.,Assist in preparing and organizing food ingredients.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.,Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
