📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, patient, and professional in all communications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trading card trends, news, and products to better assist customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive consistent and high-quality support.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our customer service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of trading cards and the industry is a strong asset.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently under pressure.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
