📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement conservation strategies for small islands in Bangka Belitung.,Oversee day-to-day operations of marine conservation projects.,Coordinate with local communities and stakeholders to ensure effective conservation efforts.,Monitor and report on the progress of conservation projects.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor a team of conservationists and support staff.,Participate in research activities to support conservation efforts.,Represent IndoMarine Conservation Group at local and national events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine conservation or environmental management.,Strong knowledge of local marine ecosystems and conservation practices.,Proven track record of successful project management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive in remote areas.
