Agung Fajar Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Section Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of a specific section of the cafe.,Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.,Report to the General Manager on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
