As a Senior Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Assist with guest billing and payment processing.,Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and represent the hotel positively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for front desk operations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid identification and work permit.
