📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve business goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial goals are met.,Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on department performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
