📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the Australian market, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards (AAS) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is a plus.
