📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintaining a strong database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
