📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, inventory, and logistics.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
