📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the retail industry.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is a plus.
