📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
