📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve departmental objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and development opportunities as needed.,Manage departmental budget and resources, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve departmental operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
