📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
