In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring all logistics are in place.,Support the Banquet Manager in the execution of events, overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of the event space.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring that all items are presented to the highest standards.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all guest requirements and preferences are met, and that the event runs according to schedule.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to banquet events, including guest lists, feedback forms, and event evaluations.,Support the Banquet Manager in the recruitment and training of additional staff as needed for events.,Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the event space, ensuring that it is ready for the next event.,Work as part of a team to ensure that all aspects of the banquet events are executed to the satisfaction of guests and the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
